The nutritional content information is provided on the side of the label of foods you purchase at the grocery store and is required by the FDA. The figures are based on a 2000 calorie diet. The serving size is provided on the label i.e. 2 crackers or 1 cup. Included on the label that is required by the FDA will provide consumers with the Total Fat, Saturated Fat, Trans Fat, Cholesterol, Sodium, Total Carbohydrate, Protein, different vitamins and other necessary information about food content.
