There is no 'soprano' "on" the piano. The range of the soprano voice varies considerably from one soprano to another, however the general range is considered to be from Middle C to the A above the C above Middle C (Major 13th from Middle C).
If you are referring to the brass instrument, it sounds most like the trombone. If you meant the baritone SAX, it depends on the players tone. Personally, I can make mine sound like a bassoon or a bass clarinet at my pleasure, but some people can give the bari a unique sound.
It's pretty easy... but everyone is different. It depends on if you know what you are doing and if its a baritone sax or just a regular baritone. This question is more of an opinion.
The body of the instrument is made of brass. That's the big, shiny part :D Despite this, however, the saxophone is categorized as a woodwind rather than a brass instrument, because the style of the mouthpiece fits into the woodwind category.
The mouthpiece may be made of rubber, plastic, or metal. The reed is made of bamboo.
It has a loop so that the instrument can make a lower sound without having to be super long. Longer/bigger things are lower and if you want something low without having it be too long to play or carry around, you've gotta have loops. That's why saxophones have their J-shape. Its really only a half-loop if you think about it.

You buy the sheet music (Amazon.com or Sheet Music Plus are places to look for it) and you practice.
You can find free baritone music at 8note website. The Baritone Saxophone and Alto Saxophone are in the same key. So you can play those too but they will just be an octave lower.
