Hi, Assuming you still have one, the belt map should be located on a sticker - on top of the belt shield on the passenger side of the engine, facing the front of the van. Yeah, but it isn't something you see happen very often. It's honestly kind of hard to let that happen to the pulley of the crankshaft. You had to have something going on in the engine before that happened. But I do know how to fix the warping in a crankshaft pulley from happening again, but it...
I had the exact same problem and it ended up being the coolant temp that affected the trans operation. Do a coolant flush and refill of fresh fluid. The trans cooler lines run through the radiator. If the coolant runs too hot, so does the trans oil which causes shifting issues. I did the flush...

I'm working on this project right now. Just to get all the electrical, vacuum lines, and fuel injection lines out of the way took me about 5 hours. I do not do this kind of work on a regular basis but I've done more than my fair share of auto repair work so I'm not exactly new to this. It took...

It depends how precise you want to be. It's a 60 Litre tank so a good rough way is to drive it until the tank is right on the 1/2 full line. Fill it up and see how close it is to taking 30 Litres. It's hard to use the full or empty marks as a standard because the guage doesn't sit right on those...
