Depends on what year... They changed engines from a 3.0L V6 to a 3.2L V6 not a huge difference, so I'd say they top out just shy of 200mph closer to 180mph The manuals (3.2L) will top out at 168mph, the autos (3.0L) at 162mph. Acceleration will vary from just under 6 seconds and 8 seconds to 60mph for the manuals and autos respectively.
It depends on the year of production, but the first models were at or a little above 5 seconds and the later models down to roughly 4.7ish seconds. Check out nsxprime.com
