If you really want to get success in GMAT then according to me the best way is to take part in tests as much as possible before the real exam.
There are lots of websites that offers GMAT samples. You can find out them. According to my opinion you can check www.testcircle.com, you will find there Free sample questions in free sample videos, just same as the types of GMAT questions. You will also find there audio-video solution of those questions.
In real exams timing plays a major role so if you will have an deep experience of practice tests then you will handle the situation. If you want to join a test series then I will suggest you to join examlive.com, www.testcircle.com because with test series they also provide lessons, examples and audio-video based solution of examples and the questions of test series.
GMAT tests can be taken at any time on a working weekday throughout the year. One needs to check-in with the registered test centers depending and schedule an appointment as per their convenience.

The scores are valid undefinitely, it just depends of who will receive those(some people accepts the copies of your results, others ask for WTS to send those.)

ETS will report your scores until 2 years after test day, and most of the institutions will only take as valid those sent directly from ETS.
The full form of GMAT is "Graduate management Admission Test".

The human relations approach says; A happy worker is an efficient worker.
that means if an organization can keep its workforce happy, it would bring more prodctivity and more profit because if a worker is happy with the emoluments and all the benefits that he deserves and the organization provides, he will have a sense of belongingness towards the organization and would do utmost efforts to lift the organization up in the market.
The organizational behavior is the study of human behavior in organizational settings. It is the interface between the human behavior and the organization.
