on my 2004 model sentra with a 1.8l engine it holds 2 7/8 quarts of oil. i just put 3 quarts in it. can't much difference on the dip stick. you need to use either 5w30 or 10w30 oil that has been certified by the American petroleum institute or api.

sorry , you cant , the 1.8 liter unit is not servicable , you have to replace   the entire throttle body , starting at about 150$ at partsgeeks or other   online retailers , avoid rebuilt units.
