No, in the Pokémon animé, you do not have to watch most of the movies in order to understand anything that goes on during the episodes. You will see Mewtwo breaking out of Giovanni's Headquarters in an episode which is part of the "Mewtwo Strikes Back" movie but otherwise no movie has anything to do with any of the episodes.
No you do not. Nothing in the movies effects the storyline at all, the movies are just made for fun.
Nope

I haven't had any viruses or any other problems on my computer since watching the pokemon episodes and movies so I think it is safe to use. Don't go on it if you still have doubts, but it seems safe to me. Hope this helped.

Well, episodes are usually numered from 1. Watch in that order, 1 then 2 then 3. Search for "season 1" then "season 2" then "season 3" and so on. Same for the movies.
koolwebsites.yolasite.com tells you the best websites on the net make sure you read the information because you can maybe not understand. You can also go to pokemonepisodes.org. They have all the Pokemon episodes and movies, including the newest ones. (You might have to wait 2-3 days after the episode has aired to view the new ones.) And there's always youtube to go to if you don't want to wait.
No idea:( I just started becoming a Pokemon fan like 3 months ago.
