The Sindh-Madrasa-tul-Islam in Karachi, 6 months at the Gokal Das Tej Primary School in Bombay, and the Christian Missionary Society High School in Karachi. At age sixteen, he passed the matriculation examination of the University of Bombay.

On June 25, 1893, Jinnah began his study of law - through the Lincoln's Inn - followed by two years at the British Museum Library where his "reading" apprenticeship was the most important part in Jinnah's legal education - he became the youngest Indian to be called to the bar in England, at age 19.
