for hazard fuses check all the bulbs in all the turn signals/running lights. Next check for flashers, they are usually located with the relays on the vehicle, and on fords are typically round cylindrical thing that is about the size of a quarter If you are having trouble finding them turn on your turn signals and listen around your relays for something clicking with the lights. http://grote.com/product.php?product_number=44310

one trick i have learned is that you can swap the flashers around if there are more than one, and if that makes your hazards work but one of your blinkers not work then you know you just need one of them. they are cheap and do go out relatively often.

if nothing else works i would check wiring harnesses and the hazard switch.
