Actually, Watex was banned because he mentioned a site called "Prize Rebel". That site has forums/quizzes that you get points from when you fill them out. When you get enough points you can buy things form their point shop thing. Watex mentioned them and I think prize rebel is illegal, or at least against the wordpress terms/code of conduct.
