I am a long time All My Children watcher and I (definitely) think that she had a nose job and (small) implants 10 or more years ago, and I think that she had larger implants recently.
I wish to add to the above answer, I work at ABC and literally bumped into Susan several years ago, coming around a bend in a hallway. My elbow inadvertently went right into one of her breasts, it is DEFINITELY way to firm to be anything but silicone...Such firmness is often a symptom of scar tissue around the implant.
She is still amazing looking for her age.
