Has anyone ever heard of Viper Tint car window tinting I may be getting your car windows tinted and you were wondering if that is a decent brand?

Viper Window Film is probably the rarest film on the market. I do own a tint shop and if you want to make sure that you won't have trouble down the road, get a good, name-brand, lifetime warrantied film, one that has a proven history - Like:
Llumar, Suntek, Solargard, Maxpro, Johnson's, etc.
You can't really go wrong with these. I don't know about Viper, nor does anyone else I know, so I can't recommend them just yet. I've researched them a lot and know that that are definitely the cheapest film to distribute by FAR!!! And more times than not, you get what you pay for.
