Have a 1995 geo prism has to be jump started when it is running i put foot oin gas and the car dies. Dose any one have any possiable ideas. Was thinking possiablr alternator. HELP?

Many auto parts stores will test your battery and charging system for you for zip if you can get the car there. Have it tested so you don't buy parts you don't need.
