hi work within a team environment , it is a great experience...,but at the same time many efforts have to be made , mutual understanding and compatibility is must then only individuals in the group can be each other strength and team work can be a success. thanx

∙ 8y agoManagement generally claims it wants to staff the company with "team players" who are all for group achievement and exhibit a lack of self promotion. They however promote staff who are neither of these things and maintain the team players at lower positions where they are 'appreciated".The team that you must play for is the team of employees in the position you wish to attain. If you want to be a manager work for their objectives not those of your peers. Once a manager play for the senior imagers or V.Ps's "team" until you get to the position you want
