Hello I have a 1992 ford explorer and the rod that goes from the driver side door actuator to the outside door handel broke along with the clips does anyone know if i can buy the clips and the rod?

you can buy replacement parts such as those, however Ford might not carry the '92 parts if not you could look at several junk lots they will give you the part for a lot cheaper too. But those types of parts do not usually change so you should have a good shot.

It can be reached from under the dash, in front of the center console, driver's side. The center console must be removed to access the actuator.
