HI, OK so I had the same problem this morning at 5:30 ! What we had to do was turn off the whole phone ! Rather than throw it through the wall like my husband wanted to do, I called T-Mobile who, while I was on the phone, called the manufacturer, they said it was a glitch in the software or something and lots of people are having this problem. They said to remove the battery and SIM card for about 10 seconds, then turn it back on, set a test alarm for 3 or 4 minutes then see if you are prompted for snooze or off. If not call 611 and they will help with a soft restore or something like that.
my sister bought an Intempo id spirit Android but there are no instuctions and I cannot get it to work for her , can yoy please advise where i can get the instructions from. thanks

You can go the store. you bought the phone from and they can help you with that. You could also find a friend, or a family member that can help you with that situation. The best place to go to is the store you bought the phone from.
Please be more specific.
