See as we know that too much of working on computers restricts our physical development.As we work all day,we may suffer from various problems such as Chronic backache,Eye illusion,Muscular pain,Mental stress,Growth of body,etc.All this things happen due to continuous computing without any rest.And if we don't take proper care of ourselves we will only have to suffer.We must take proper precautions before it is too late.This is some ways in which computers restricts physical development.
