How are abercrombie models chosen?

In order to be an Abercrombie model you have to be hired as an employee at any Abercrombie & Fitch store. Once you have been working there you can submit your photos online through the A&F website (you'll have to put your store # where you work so that they can verify you are an employee) or ask the store manager for the dates and locations of their open castings. Abercrombie only recruits models for their marketing campaigns that work in their stores.
