In this world there are rules. There are legal rules also known as laws and regulations. If you go 100 when the sign says 30, you might get a ticket and pay a fine. There are non legal rules. If you are 10 minutes late for work, your boss might scold you. He might dock your pay. You have broken a company rule. It is not a legal rule. It is a non legal rule. You will not be hauled before a judge. If you pick your nose at home or don't eat your spinach, you have broken a non legal rule. Legal rules are enforceable in a court of law. Non legal rules are not. Both must be obeyed. If you keep coming late to work, you can get fired and replaced by someone who can make it to work on time.
