They are about 8.5 inches long, and when folded in half, approximately 4 inches wide. The chest pieces of velcro/ribbon are 3.5 inches. The belly pieces are 4 12/14 inches.
They normally fit most larger models. However, as I've used my few blankets with my somewhat smaller models (Black Beauty, Theodore O'Connor, S Justadream, Idocus, and Walter Farley's The Black Stallion), it seems to be somewhat large. They will fit larger molds such as O'Leary's Irish Diamond, and the Red Roan Fun Foals mare.

∙ 14y agoTraditionals are in 1:9 scale. They rarely exceed 9 inches by 11 inches, although some molds are larger than others, and some are smaller.

Yes. Traditional sized Breyer horses are 1:9 scale, while Classics are 1:12 scale.
