Marinol is reserved for a few severe diseases, like cancer, AIDS, and glaucoma. It increases appetite and decreases nausea. It has been approved for some off-label uses like ADHD, but this is in a very small population of patients for a trial only.

So, unless you want to catch a terrible terminal disease like AIDS, you will probably not be getting any Marinol.

Can marinol cause death?

I have heard that YES it can. Consuming very high doses of Marinol can cause death. http://cancer.emedtv.com/marinol/marinol-overdose.html Surely these people cant be ODing on THC. There must be something added or a filler in the marinol. I don't know how much THC is in Marinol but I don't believe that is what causes death. Anyone with info please post.
