Start adding good things to your diet. not necessarily taking your favorite foods out, just adding good things. You will find yourself eating less of your unhealthy foods. if you are very much overweight then fruits aren't going to help you since they have a lot of sugar in them. so stick with veggies you like

Eat a lot of food, then when you get "heavy" lose the weight concentrating on the upper body. HaHa I'm joking work out those musles, it'll tone them and in the mean time eat lots of proteins so that the muscles will get larger.
