Walk, walk and walk some more and drink LOTS of water! I went from being over 300 pounds down to 200 in a year just by walking. It's pure weight loss. When you do workout videos you gain muscle weight which in return makes you feel like you're not doing anything because you're still the same size. It took me a while to figure that one out. Dieting on top of the walking helps out. But the longer it takes for you to lose the weight the longer it'll stay off. Experience once again.
