There are two things to getting a 6-pack: 1) you need to have really little subcutaneous(under skin) fat, so that whatever muscles you have have a chance to stand out instead of being embedded. 2)You need well developed abdominal muscles In order to have little enough subcutaneous fat to have a really well defined 6-pack you need to be way down on the BMI scale(body mass index). In fact you need to be so low that it isn't healthy long-term, particlualry not for a body that's still growing. WIth your stats however you're well into the red zone for being overweight, and there's no exercise in the world that'll give you abs enough to poke through that layer of padding you've got right now. ten stone
The weight of 5.5 stone (77 pounds) is average size for a 10-year-old. It depends on their gender and height, but 5.5 stone is low normal.
Between 8 to 10 stone if you have to ball park it
That is completely down to your height! Weighing 10 stone and measuring at 5ft, probably yes, but weighing 10 stone and measuring at 6 ft then definitely not!
no it is not, remember your it is about muscles and other thing not just your weight
The BMI for somebody 5'4 weighing 7 stone would be 16.9.
At onlineconversion.com, you can convert any measurement. One stone equals 14 lbs, so 8 stone is 112 lbs, which is heavy for a 14-year-old.
You are a little overweight. 12 to 13 stone would be better.
yer.
12
No, wouldn't say so, as I'm 12 years old and 5ft 6 and I'm 8 stone but I'm not overweight as I play as a forward in my rugby team, as you are only 5ft, I would say that that is a suitable weight
