What this individual can do is eat very healthy foods which are low in carbs. Fruits and Vegetables come to mind, but produce "water weight" which this person could be concerned about. A doctor can be consulted to recommend if vitamin defficiancies are involved. If that's the case, they will refer vitamins and minerals to help balance. Certain supplements high in Iron and Protein can be easily obtained in your average pharmacy or supermarket. Eating serveral times a day does not mean that you're eating MORE. Our bodies are programed to eat at least 2 times in a day, everyday. Any less is unhealthy. Eating small portions evenly distributed throughout the day is actually heathy for your metabolism. It helps control and manage your weight from plunging up and down. Its also very important to exercise daily. But no lifting if you dont intend to gain weight. Basically watch the calorie intake, be more active, and try to steer from all kinds of fats and salts. The same basis for everybody!! this is why anorexia isn't the way to go, because you will sooner or later realize that you are tired of starving your self and want to go back to normal, it you start eating like you use to, or eat more fruits and veggies you will still gain back all the weight VERY FAST! so all those starving nights were for nothing sweetie, i should know...i WAS anorexic i still kind of am, so technically i am battling it at this moment...i HATE anorexia, food haunts my every thought...
