I answered a similar question here, but basically it is caused by a frequency interference - the receiver can mistakenly recognize the neighbor’s remote’s signal, and lead to your door operating.
This is very, very rare nowadays, but if you have an old opener or it just happened all of the sudden, use the opener user manual and reprogram it and the remotes to avoid it in the future.
