This is a tough one. I had the same kind of anger issues when I was younger. Eventually I outgrew them I guess because I have become more mellow as I've gotten older. When I was young I just started to really watch myself and literally pulled back when I got like that. At first it was very hard because the urge to do something came upon me so quickly but with practice I finally began to be able to hold myself back until the anger passed. I do still have something of a temper but now days it is much easier to control. If you find that you can't get it under control by yourself there are counselling services available to help at no cost. Your school nurse or doctor should be able to help you find it.
