Slop on some paint remover. Make sure the concrete is completely dry first so that the paint remover can have some time to work before getting wet. Let it sit for the recommended time then use the spray washer again. Also any paint brush cleaner will work (found at local handy store). This past weekend I was spray painting a picture frame and I got a large amount of silver spray paint on my drive way. Use a paint remover. Methyl-Chloride works best but is not available in many areas. If not, use the citrus type that you leave on overnight covered in plastic. No matter which one you use, follow the label directions and wear protective clothing and eye wear during application and removal.

Once you've removed the paint, pressure wash the area so that the area looks uniform.
