How is he stalking you? Is it over a concern for the child? If he is being aggressive with you or causing you emotional distress then you should be blocking his calls and it may be necessary to involve the police and get a restraining order out aggainst him so you can do what you need to do to properly nurture your unborn child.
You will have to get legal advice in your state as to what his rights will be once the child is born. If he is the father he probably will have some rights to see his child or to be involved in some way and you may need his support if not emotionally, at least financially.
I think you will have to be very careful how you manage the situation so he could not cause you or your child any real harm in the future. I strongly urge you to seek legal council and try to make an arrangement that will be suitable to everyone involved.
