There's no magic spell that will do this. Marshal your best arguments as to why you should be allowed to go, listen to your parents' objections, and counter them as best you can. ("Nuh-uh" and "You don't love me!" are not effective counterarguments.)
First you have to plan it. You cant just think about it today and ask tomorrow. Then you have to tell them where you will be and who you will be going with (If your going with anybody). Take a peice of paper and a pencil and list all of the pros and cons about going on the plane. Think of all the possibile pros and cons. Then after you did that, write a paragraph or a paper full of all pors and cons you listed. Make it sound convincing. Don't just put what you put as your pros and cons. Then read if over and over so you memorize some stuff then say it and if its really good then you get to go!
As long as you have a proof of your legal stay in the US then you can travel by airplane to another state, but it is preferable to travel with your Visa already there especially when you are traveling by Air.
A minor has to have written permission from their parents for them to live with a guardian and go to school in another state.
You cant. if your a minor its unsafe (and i believe also illegal) to do this. you could have one or both of them go with you to visit him.
18.
A minor can only petition for emancipation in the state in which they are a legal resident, so you can't just go to another state and do it.
