Close all windows, right click the bar at the bottom of the screen (start bar), click properties, at the top click start menu, then click customize, then at the top click advanced, then click the button that says clear list. that will rid your browser of unwanted stored sites. Or erase your history and cookies.
As a user all you can do is block the site. As a site owner you have the necessary tools to take the site down. You can also adjust what kind of content you will allow on your system in your windows operating system.

I'm not too sure what you mean. Apple Inc. is not a domain provider. Unless you are referring to their internal sites' web addresses, in which case I'd say consult your department's IT support.
You can not delete a web site that is not yours. If you want to stop using a web site, simply do not go there anymore.
