The first step is to stop looking at it as a "diet". The best and most sustainable method is to make a lifestyle change. Try to understand what food really is (energy for your body). If you feed your body the correct amount of energy, it will not store any of it as fat. If you feed your body a little less energy than it needs, it will have to use some of the stored energy (fat) it already has. The key is not to starve yourself, but just give your body a little less energy and in the right form (healthier foods).

i think going on a diet is all about eating a lot of food but the right amount and the right food such as making sure you have a good breakfast don't starve yourself because it puts your body into starvation motion which means your body will store unwanted fat this is not a good thing trust me plus maybe try and walk more or even run up the stairs 17 times it burns around 20 kl. and everyrthing time you eat something maybe be more aware of what is in the food and always check the kl however never starve yourself of the things you love because you will crave for it even more. you could set yourself weekly challenges until you feel coftable with your weight and your diet . i also suggest join slimming world because it is a really great club which helped me a lot.

It actually depends on your reason to diet. If you are excess fat, and that's why you want to diet to get thinner, then there is different way of dieting for it. If you are a little above medium and yet want to diet to get thin, there is another way for it.

But what i suggest is...having a healthy meal....

Look, i am a choco maniac, i love eating chocos, but if i want diet and suddenly you are telling me to stop eating chocos, can i do it? instantly? of course no, i should start slowing just like making someone to stop smoking who have already smoke for many years. Like maybe first i would eat 2 times a day, then 1 times for the next month, then slow i will make it 0 times a day next month...so my addiction to chocos will be reduced. Like that firstly you will have to need a healthy meal and some exercises.

Like in the morning (6, 7, 8) you can go to the park for a walk, or you can roam around in the roof, the weather is so fresh and nice during that time. After coming back, firstly you can have an egg(if not enough then a glass of milk, apple, oatmeal biscuit) but don't eat the same amount everyday, like maybe today 2 egg, 2 glass of milk and a apple, tomorrow morning a glass of milk, a bowl of cereal, the next day a glass of milk, an egg, the next day an egg only...and so on...(DO NOT STOP EATING FOR DIETING)

You must have your breakfast even if it's a egg, because breakfast is very important, then for lunch, maybe first you will have rice and some sausages and some salads, the next day 2 Sandwiches, the next day 1 sandwich, the next day 1 apple(it counts in healthy meal), then at dinner maybe rice with meal, fish, and other stuffs, the week day 2/3 ratio of rice, then the next week 1/3 of rice, and keep it on like it...then before sleeping stretch your arm and legs, do 5 times sit up(5 times is not to hard) but becareful, if you want to diet by exercise you should keep it on, if you stop in the middle then the result will be you gain 3 pounds..^^'' i tried it so i knw.... after you wake up in the morning you can do some sit up just on the bed, then while you are walking to school maybe you can try some running, or before sleeping you can put some music and start dancing until you fed up then go and take a shower and get to bed(you will get asleep easily and walk up earlier) and like this for the next week maybe try to make it 10 times sit-up, the next week 20 times, the next month maybe 50 times( but do not over-work urself) and so on....you can't get thinner instantly...and you can't get thinner unless you are fully determined, lik you keep the healthy meal and exercise for 1 week and stopped for the next week, you will gain more weight...Do not diet unless you are determined and have a certain reason....
