If you have the number of the color, you can enter into Google and it should return the paint color name. If that doesn't work, and you know the manufacturer of the paint, you can call that manufacturer or one of their paint stores and they should still have the information. If they don't have that information, ask the person you are talking to, nicely, who that person knows in the area who has been in the business for the longest time, call that person and they probably will recognize the number pattern and will be able to tell you the color or how to find out the color.
If you don't know the color number or the name, you're probably out of luck, but if you know that it is a stock color from a certain manufacturer and wasn't originally a custom color match, they may be able to match it to a color chip in their older books.

The people who make the paint. Their factory has to have a name brand and that's the name of the paint. The government also has to check the name brand to make sure it is ok and not bad because if it's a bad name or a bad word and they sell it without the government's permission, then they will get a ticket or get put in jail.AnswerThe government doesn't give "permission" for brand names--at least the US government doesn't; some governments may have a bureaucrat whose job it is to make sure brand names don't have bad words in them, but not the US. If you want to name your paint "This Is The Best (insert obscenity) Paint In The Whole (insert obscenity) World" you are more than welcome to do so. You'll have two little problems, though: no paint store in the world will put a product that has a vulgar name on the shelf, and the paint quality had better live up to its boasting or you're going to get sued for misrepresentation. But, if you're asking about the names of the colors, there are companies that do nothing but come up with names for things. Someone there will look at the new colors and think, "this looks like meadow moss" or "this looks like a sunset over Moscow."
In any kind of paint, ink, colored pencil or other media hue always refers to the name of the color. Red is a hue, blue is a hue, and so on. Inexpensive acrylic paints will sometimes refer to colors as "Cobalt Blue (Hue)" or "Cadmium Yellow Light (Hue)". This means that the paint is supposedly an exact color match to the named color, but is derived from a less expensive pigment.

It depends what paint. Watercolours will easily dissolve (hence their name), but things like acrylic paint won't.
Look up the paint code. It should be part of the Vin or tagged on body somewhere. Search for location for your vehicle, then the no will correspond with one of the factories colors.

First you have to agree with your squad what colors you want your uniforms. After you do that, then you find something that you guys have. Not actually the same exact thing, just same colors. You will need fabric paint, glitter, ribbons, paint brushes and all of that stuff. You and your team have to decide what you are going to put on your uniforms. Like your team name, a picture of your mascott, something like that. Be creative. Hope that helped.
