What u do is trip over something and land on a child.... This year, I broke my ankle by heading to the computer in school and I tripped over the bookcase, and landed on my student....
Whilst it is not advised to trip over something to get a broken ankle, accidents do happen. Many broken ankles are from sporting injuries, twisted ankles and falls.
Depending on the severity of the break (compound, stress, hairline, etc.) it generally takes 3 months for bone to completely heal. The key things to improve and accelerate healing are to maintain fluid/electrolyte balance, eat a lot of protein, keep the swelling down with anti-inflammatories, and stay off of it as much as possible. Caffeine or a stimulant helps to - as a Vasodilator, it increases blood flow throughout the body, though if you're using any pain medicine it'll do the same thing.
After a short time your doctor will probably tell you to move the ankle (if it's not casted) around to keep the ankle muscles from becoming atrophied. This technique has been in use for about 20 years and works well, though if done improperly or rushed, it could lead to even worse residual pain down the road as you get older.
However, it's generally used only with less severe breaks, and when a soft-cast has been applied instead of a plaster cast. Using a soft, removable cast allows for it to be removed and the muscles used as the bone heals.
it might be improve with calcium supplements or diet in take containing calcium
It will not do so. But then you have placebo effect.
It should but it will heal faster with one.
It has not been scientifically proved that magnets can help heal bones.
If you can't move it, and it's very swollen, it's probably broken. If you can move it, but it hurts every time someone touches it, or something rubs against it, its sprained.sprained is rare.... like... I didnt even know that it was possible. But Fractured, hurts like hell, and it makes ur finger turn colors
If it is a sprain, it will probably heal on its own, and exercise will help it heal faster. By taking part in sports it is not surprising that you get hurt every once in a while.
A typical ankle sprain can take 1-2 weeks for recovery. Depending on the severity of the injury, an ankle injury can take up to 12 weeks to heal. It is recommended to keep the ankle elevated, iced, and keep your weight of the injured ankle.
that's a good question i think i said i think it would heal the same but you never know
help your foot heal :)
Wound heal faster with bandaids
You will have to stay off of your ankle so that it has a chance to heal. If you use crutches and elevate your foot then it shouldnt take long for you to heal.
Light Bruises
Yes, in some cases, a walking boot will heal a split tendon in your ankle. A doctor will decide if the walking boot is suitable for the patient.
