Acetone from Sally's Beauty Supply works. Or any generic fingernail polish remover (must have acetone in it). Just make sure to wash and wax really well when you are finished. I used the cotton makeup remover pads when I do it. Took off the yellow paint from the center lines and white paint from a freshly painted crosswalk.

You can use a clay bar. I've been using Acetone from sally beauty supply to get overspray off cars for years now. The key is to make sure paint is cool to the touch and in the shade. Wash really good when done and wax the area with a quality wax.
