How do you get the save the king and save the queen in kingdom hearts 1?

First, get the King Recipe found in a chest in Ship Graveyard: Seadraft Row area. This area is in the world called Port Royal.

Second, gather these materials: 1 Orichalcum, 3 Twilight Crystals (from Sorcerers), 5 Twilight Gems (from Assassins), 7 Twilight Stones (from Dancers), and 9 Twilight Shards (from Dusks).

Third, go to a nearby Moogle Synthesis shop, then give the recipe and the materials and Save the King will be available. If you add a Serenity Crystal along with creating it, you'll get Save the King+.

After all the credits, and the special hidden movie, (only if you do what you need to do to get it) you get t a place where it shows your gameplay and things, like: Times Mickey came to help or something like that, you can only turn off or restart the playstation to go back, and also you can't save.

Well at first you are taken to a skyscraper battle against him. You just smack him around with the keyblade. (My advice is to have the strongest keyblade in your stock equipped) Then you will fight him again as a weird looking creature, all you have to do is smack him around with your keyblade, but Dodge or evade the dead Organization XIII members' moves that he throws at you, especially his own.

Then you will face him again when he's a dragon. All you have to do is knock the Nobodies' ships or the Nobodies themselves and they'll go flying at him causing heavy damage. Watch out for the beams though!

You'll end up fighting the weird looking creature of him again, but this time he doesn't use the dead members' moves. He uses his own. He will blast you to the outer area, so fly back to the place he's at. Except he's guarding it with a powerful shield. To break the shield, you have to go to one of the floating buildings and press triangle. Then you press it again for Riku to send the pieces at the shield, causing it to break. Then repeat the procedure until he's defeated.

The final form is very powerful. When he's attacking, use reversal until he is finished. (have some mega potions, elixirs, and curaga equipped) He will double, when he does that, GET AWAY FROM HIM! His duplicate will disappear and he will unleash a deadly attack. Keep doing this process until he starts firing bullets. Block them. But the duplicate firing will be impossible to evade, so after he's done shooting you with that, heal up. It's best to heal up anyway, because he will capture Sora and start draining his life points. You are switched to playing as Riku. There will be a duplicate Xemnas trying to stop you from saving Sora. Just shoot him with Dark Aura until you reach Sora. When you see the triangle command appear as rescue, press it and you will perform a move that breaks Xemnas's hold over Sora.

As you will notice he is getting weaker. You still need to get away when he duplicates himself though. Then when his life bar is pretty much empty, he will shoot Riku and Sora with bullets from all around them. Press X and triangle at the same time quickly to keep the bullets from hitting them until the attack is finished. Then a series of events will happen and to finish him off, perform a chain. Then you win!
