How can you have rolls of belly fat when you are 5'10'' but your friend who weighs more than you has no belly fat?

My best girlfriend and I are the same way. I'm 5'5 135 lbs and she's 5'8 probably around 140 lbs. Being taller than I, you would think she's thinner. Thing is that I am long from the torso, she is long in her legs. So she keeps her weight up high, where as I keep it in my thighs and butt. Not that I'm an oompa loompa, but she is rolling in her belly still while I am not. Try running for exercise, and you'll lose it.
