Some steps are suggested here to improve the education in the shcools, whih doing wonderful job for the mainstream education as well as those for the handicapped children. # Start a daily physical fitness training and practice program. # Include a variety of physical training methods to avoid monotony and imrpove efficacy. # Start a daily sports activity. Add a variety of sports prevalent in other parts of the world to make them more intersting, entertaining and promoting global unity. # Start a daily psychomotor training activity. # Combine the pscychomotor activity with production and sales so that students experience empowerment and self esteem and the school becomes more self sufficient. # Start daily pranayam in the schools. # Start a daily prayer, if already not in practice. # Start daily program so byhearting poems and songs, preferably from at least couple of languages from other countries promoting global unity. # Encourage maximum and daily person to person interaction and dialogue amongst the teachers and students. # Introduce and incoprorate examinations, which examine the actual skill, capacity or performance of the student, rahter than his/her ability of repeating or reproducing things from books.

* Physical, psychomotor, emotional and intellectual and spiritual training can be accomplished with pragmatic base in way described above. One can make improvements in the scheme through trial and errors and learning from others' experiences.

* The encouragement and provision of opportunities should not be replaced by rituals and impositions. * Every kind of open mindedness and tolerance should be encouraged, so that better international relations can be realized.

* Perspective and conviction of Global Unity and global welfare. * Readiness to accept and introduce physiological insights and principles in the education. * Readiness and openness to have dialogue with experts in other fields. * Support from the society and government in terms of encouraaging you efforts and providing you help. * Support from media and net websites, sothat you can share your views, work and experiences and may be, inspire others!
