Squatting with moderate to heavy weights on a regular basis.

This can be done with barbells ,dumbells or kettlebells.

There also some machines in the gym which can give a partial assist such as the Smith Machine.

Since fat tends to accumulate in the bum, eating is the easiest way to get a bigger bum. I recommend lots of icecream.

that depends. if you dont mind wrecking the rest of your body, fried chicken works well. if you want to keep the rest in shape, squats.
