Gain muscle in you butt by doing leg lifts. Then eat lots of food, but workout your body everywhere except you butt, so that the fat from the food does make you fat all the way, just your butt.

You can get a fat butt without exercise. Eat fatty, unhealthy foods. You'll look and feel lousy but you'll have a big rear end.

If you're not sure whether you need to exercise your butt, try this: Clench your buttocks, then poke them with your finger. If it feels like dough, you have a large layer of fat. If it's very hard you have a thin layer of fat down there.

AnswerWell, like the first comment suggested, eating a lot of food will gain you weight in your butt if you have the body type that mostly gathers fat in the lower regions, but even if you don't have that body type you can also gain weight in that area.

Then again you'll also gain (unwanted) weight elsewhere like your stomach, arms, etc.

But listen here, the weight you've gained in your buttocks will NOT LOOK GOOD. It will not be sexy or round or tight, it'll be sloppy and nasty.

The BEST way to achieve a big butt is weight training in that area of your body.

But it also has a lot to do with your genes. Usually black and latina women have big butts, and there are exceptions with women of other races having big butts. These women are born with their butts like this even without exercise. You can correct your problem by only one way, and that is exercise.

The NO NO NO ------

HORMONES You can end up with a full hormonal imbalance which will shorten your life and may destroy your shape forever. Dangerous stuff.

CHICKEN PILLS What fattens a chicken will most certainly don't give you shape. Secondary effects can be desvastating in the bowels and liver.

WEIGHT GAIN PILLS (Ectoplan, etc) Weight (fat) goes to where is used to go and not to where you need it,it is how the body works. You may end up with flaccidity or celullites that will be one problem more instead of a solution. Many reports confirm the negative results.

STRONG PHYTOESTROGENS Pueraria and so, are HORMONES in spite of what they want to make you believe. In the body they fight for the receptors of estrogens as much as the animal hormones do. If taken without careful supervision may produce you hormonal imbalance, shorten your life and destroy your shape forever. If taken under supervision may seem to help at the beginning but soon your body enters in imbalance. People raised in Asia can manage better these phytoestrogens because they grow up with phytoestrogens in their diet, but for all other people are a risky business. Even in Japan or Thailand, the strong phytoestrogens are taken under careful supervision and their secondary effects controlled with other herbs for balance.

FEMIMORE or MEDI-COSMETICALS FROM INDIVIDUAL OR SELLERS OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL LABORATORY Lots of reports on useless refills of original packages and plain fake pills. Some reported the original boxes refilled with something that produced bad secondary effects similar to estrogen excess. DON'T BUY FROM PRIVATE OR NON AUTHORIZED SELLERS you may be risking your health.

FLUID SILICONE OR OILS Injectable fillers are sold in Mexico and underground in USA as approved fillers in other countries. Many are just fluid silicone or oils. COLLAGEN CREAMS Can amke the area more supple and because of betyter irrigation, elasticity and circulation, the area will develope better. These creams will work as allies to other methods, on its own collagen will not bring large changes (but minor yeas)

FEMINISSIMA - This spanish pill is not yet in the market but promises the same effects than Femimore only that in smaller scale with a price much smaller.(Kind of small sister to Femimore it seems)

GLUTEUS MAXIMUS A good ebook with good exercises but not enough on its own

OTHER E-BOOKS Many e-books under different names are sold in the Net, most have just the same information contained in the e-book Gluteus Maximus combined with the information on the e-book that comes with Femimore as a free gift.

CONCHEVITA Southamerican pill that was sold but no longer exists. Could not find anyone who bought it or any traces of it in the Net.

RELACOR Just weight change, no shape. Many reported flaccidity as result. Many reported insomnia and other problems.

FILLERS Not yet enough developed for injecting in large areas. Are currently offered in some clinics but the general opinion of the best surgeons is that we must wait for having a filler that can be successfully injected in large areas without risks.

Eating more calories than you burn will provide added weight over time but each person's body will distribute extra weight differently. You could get butt implants to exaggerate your posterior. Toning and exercising your gluteus maximus as well as the surrounding muscles is really the only way you can direct extra weight (in this case muscle) to your behind without risking obesity or surgery.

You cannot grow a particular part of your body bigger. You would have to gain weight all over, it isn't possible to pick and choose what parts get bigger either.
