you can get married under the age of 18 IF you have a parents consent. As long as your parent signs for it you can do it, in the state of Texas you can get tried to see if you able to get married and if the judge think that y'all are compatible the he will sign a form so you can get married and you parent does have to be present for both the trial and marriage and give consent to it
