Do exercise regularly and cholesterol will reduce in a form of perspiration. Avoid also eating fatty foods such as pigs and chickens. Lessen the take of alcohols and eat many fruits and vegetables, but make sure the food you eat has no bacteria because it may lead to other health problems.

The magic sectret is in 2 seeds: flaxeed and fenugreek. 1- Use flaxeed oil and flaxeed seeds. Grind them and add them in bread dough. I add 100g to 1kg of flour. You can also add it in caserolls and cooking.

2- Drink lots of fenugreek fusion. Add 3 teaspoons of fenugreek seeds to 1 cup of water and boil for 5 minutes, pour in a cup, add some milk and 1 teaspoon of honey and drink. In a few weeks Your cholesterol level will be back to normal. This is also good for Diabetes and high blood pressure.

Regulating your cholesterol levels can happen only if you keep a heart healthy diet and keep a regular exercise regimen. Choosing unhealthy foods and leading an inactive life will raise cholesterol levels. The opposite will help cholesterol levels to come down. You may also want to support healthy cholesterol and triglyceride levels by taking a pharmaceutical grade fish oil supplement. Fish oil is known to help support heart health. You should eat fatty fish like mackerel or tuna at least twice a week. If this is not possible, take a fish oil supplement like Triple Strength Omega 3. It has a high potency of EPA and DHA. There are others but I can vouch for the quality of this one since I have been using it for about two years now.

Blood cholesterol can be decreased with an intake of low fatty food and a low level of salt intake. Also a decrease in caffeine and any other factors (e.g. stress) that strains the heart. Regular exercise can help to regain a healthy cholesterol too.

High cholesterol is affected by heredity - if your mom and dad had high cholesterol, then you most likely will too.

So . . . my overall cholesterol is at 138 . . . I take fish oil or flax-seed oil, and exercise vigourously for an hour each day. My doctor says that the exercise is what does the trick.
