first, if you are really health conscious about the fat content you are consuming, start putting down the item that you are eating and the amount of fat that is in every thing you eat. look on the box or the can that it came from. Then, at the end of the day look at that paper and see if you can substitute for something healthier. Over time, if you follow this, you will take in less amount of fat content.
