I would say that it's still possible that he loves you (or not), but he surely doesn't respect you enough to even abstain from carrying on another relationship. If you aren't married or anything, I'd get out of that relationship immediately. I don't see any reason to stay with a man who cheats on you if there isn't anything really huge keeping you together, such as children.
Sounds like you just found out he didn't respect you that much, and believe me, nobody who was respecting you would do that behind your back or while they were seeing you/sleeping with you.
