You can give 6 people the same test. A test mixed with Math, Literacy, and/or History. Have 3 people chew bubblegum and 3 people not chew bubblegum. Correct the test and go over the answers with the same 3 people still chewing bubblegum. Have them spit out the gum. Remake the same exact test in the same exact wording, format, and order. Give the test again 1 week later. Give the same 3 people bubblegum. Correct the test. Compare scores from the 3 people who didn't chew gum and the 3 people who did chew gum.
I wouldn't say that gum acts as a "vitamin". I would say that have been multiple studies suggesting a link between chewing gum and doing better on tests. Many people chew gum to help them concentrate and to improve their memory. Chewing gum is thought to improve memory for a variety of reasons. One school of thought it that it increases blood flow to the brain. Another is that chewing gum tricks your body into thinking it is about to get a nutritious meal. This causes you body to increase blood glucose levels giving the chewer a boost. A third reason chewing gum could improve memory is because of the peppermint in some chewing gums which keeps people alert. There is a gum that just came out called Think Gum which uses these properties of chewing gum along with some others and caffeine to improve memory. I chew it and like it and think it is coo how something as simple as chewing gum can work so well.
chewing gum dose not help the brain but it dose not make it worst so dont think if you eat 12 pices a gum a day you will get A star unless you revise !! lool Hope that helped.

No. Chewing tobacco does not give a false DNA test.
Yes Gum chewing does actually help stimulate the brains thinking process Because for most people if they are chewing Gum while taking a test, they are calmer then they would normally be without the Gum.
yes it helps for test such as ASK test or SATs
It has been said that if you chew gum during a test it helps you focus more. However, to some, chewing gum distracts them because they are blowing bubbles or focusing on the taste of the gum rather than the test. Also, if you are taking a test with other people who are also chewing gum, you are likely to get distracted by the sound of a person chewing gum.
There are currently studies that have shown chewing bubble gum can help you concentrate while studying. It has also linked to better test taking when a person chews the same flavor of gum while taking the test that they chewed on while studying for that test.
