How do you do text on the computer?

if you use abc then you have to press each key until you get the letter you want. then you press the next letter you want and so on

if you use T9Word or iTap or Word (they're all the same) then you just press the button that has the letter you want once. then the next one...EX: if you wanna type hey you would press 439. if you don't get the word you wanted just press 0 if it says next below it. you can also press the arrow keys if the 0 doesn't say next under it...

An email is generally text already.

To send a separate text file, you need to attach it.

Depending on your browser and email software, find the 'attach' or 'attachments' button and click on it.

Follow the onscreen instructions to navigate to where the file is located and click on it.

When you automatically return to the email page, you should get notification that there is something attached now.

Send email.
