First, you must have music in you iTunes library. Then when you connect you iPod nano, go under music and select the playlist that you want you music to come from. If you don't want all the music you have on iTunes to go on your iPod, make a playlist of all music you want. When you have select that playlist in the music category on your iPod. then disconnect and enjoy.

∙ 13y agook if you have an ipod then you should have a USB -0 ipod adaptor, they usually come woth the ipod. plug in you ipod and wait for your computer to bleep. then open up itunes and on the left you should see a little link to your ipod. open that up and right next to the bar at the bottom which tells you how much memory you have there should be a button that says 'sync'. click this and all your music and apps will be copied onto your ipod. enjoy!
