Try letting it freeze, not opening the door for hours, and when it's completely cold, quickly load it. Don't open the door again for a few more hours. A freezer works more efficiently when it's full, but it needs to be at optimum cold before it's loaded. If this doesn't work you need first to have someone check the doorseals and if they're okay, check for gas leakage. This is important because if your freezer is faulty, it's costing you a lot in electricity. It'd probably be cheaper to buy an energy-effecient freezer if yours proves to be faulty.
