∙ 9y agoHe tried by creating over 70 Greek cities as a model, he arranged inter-marriages with his senior army members, he allowed Greek carpet baggers to dominate trade. However his early death terminated this gargantuan task, and a veneer of Greek culture did no penetrate below the upper classes. The rest went on with their own cultures.
