This can lead to dissatisfied employees. People may identify with leaders of the organization and this could lead to employee's acting in a manner, in contrast to their own beliefs, in order to seek approval from the superior. Or employees may internalize and accept the beliefs of another and agree completely. However, if individuals ever look back in hindsight and feel their viewpoints were manipulated by an organization they could harbor resentment.
